Notice any of the same names (Ie; not of a person, but a company)?

I’ll make it easy for you:

From the Shotgun:

In addition to Ezra Levant, the Western Standard’s three other co-founders are Stephen Johnston, Sean McKinsley and Matthew Johnston - all of whom are senior executives from JMCK Communications Inc., a leader in public opinion research, mass market communications and technology. Stephen is the Western Standard’s CFO and is a seasoned venture capitalist with 8 years experience investing in European, start-up companies. Sean and Matthew have extensive experience in media and public relations and will lead circulation and advertising services, respectively.

And then, from JMCK Communications:

Dr. Faron Ellis - Chief Pollster

Dr. Ellis teaches political science and research methodology at Lethbridge Community College. Dr. Ellis attended the University of Calgary (BA ‘87) and Carleton (MA ‘89) prior to returning to Calgary where he graduated with a Ph.D. in political science in 1997. Dr. Ellis frequently serves as an expert analyst for a variety of Alberta and national media outlets.

Funny how they forgot to mention this detail in the study. The Western Standard is grossly misrepresenting their involvement in their latest ‘poll’.

Don’t be duped. If anything, they are discrediting any future research on this topic.
