. . . that if you consume 1/5th of your calories from refined sugar and simple carbs in liquid form that you would gain weight. It also makes sense that constant consumption of caffeine would stimulate adrenaline and stress your pancreas. It also makes sense that the caffeine and sugar would boost your production of testosterone, which thins your hair prematurely.

So if you’re fat, diabetic and bald, maybe that bottle-a-day habit of Coke consumption wasn’t the best health choice.
