Calgary Housing Market Cooling, not CRASHING

Along with what appears to be the entire Canadian blogosphere, I’ve been nominated for a Canadian Blog Award. Well, it’s time for me to “show off for company” like any well-trained canine or child does when seeking the approval of newcomers to their territory.

Here goes nothin’.

There you go. According to CREB, the number of home listings in Calgary has diverged from the number of sales. This probably means the housing market has cooled this year. Yay.
