It’s happened before, and it’s easier than you think.
Step 1: get a mailbox at a Mailboxes Etc or some other mailbox store in the riding of your preference.
Step 2: request a mail-in absentee ballot for a list of names registered to your mailbox. (This works best if you have an entire office building full of people who could feasibly receive mail there).
Step 3: pick up your ballots, and you and your cadre of volunteers can then fill out the mail-in forms with no proof of ID.
