Forced Swine Flu Vaccinations for ALL Canadians? Hell no.
Something doesn’t sit right with me in these two news stories about swineflu vaccines for Albertans and Canadians. It’s pesky little words like “entire population” and “all Albertans” that get my attention:

Five-to-40-year-olds and Canada’s aboriginal communities should be the first to get vaccinated against human swine flu, experts say as Canadian officials decide who gets priority for the flu shots.
Under Canada’s official pandemic plan, the entire population would ultimately be immunized against the H1N1 swine flu.
But the vaccine will become available in batches, meaning the entire population can’t be vaccinated at once. It might take four or five months to get all the vaccine we’re going to get, during which time a second wave of swine flu may well be underway.
Calgary Herald: Albertans likely to get swine-flu shots this fall
EDMONTON — Alberta’s top medical officer says the World Health Organization’s decision to officially designate the swine flu as a pandemic is no cause for alarm, but all Albertans will likely all be immunized for the H1N1 virus this fall.
Those words stand out to me, because I was recently reading the following on the Canadian Public Health Agency’s website:
Unlike some countries, immunization is not mandatory in Canada; it cannot be made mandatory because of the Canadian Constitution.
Have you checked out Bill C42? It places the Minister of Public Safety and his officials and others above the constition (in this case, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The bill received second reading in April, and in June there was another discussion — it is in Hansard — it may have been third reading. It is expected to be proclaimed in September of this year (2009)
Can I commend to you that this topic is worth following? I am trying to do that …

Bill 42 never passed its first reading, and therefore never received Royal Assent. It returned as Bill C-7, the Public Safety Act, and placed limits on those powers granted to the Minister of Health. Nevertheless, while they are weaker, they are still there, in the form of an “Interim Order”, which can last 14 days instead of the 90 days under Bill C-42.
If you can, find the text of Mario Laframboise, and his take on Bill C-42. It still applies to Bill C-7, albeit with limits.

Bill C-6, the Consumer Protection Act, might outlaw the marketing of natural remedies, by disallowing natural health practitioners from making the claim that “Elderberries and Star Anise may prevent Swine flu”.
I am really wondering how the Federal Government expects to achieve 100% compliance with an experimental vaccine, when in Canada, it is entirely voluntary.
It may come down to you carrying a copy of the Nuremberg Code with you (Article 1), and asking the minister of health, and the person doing the injection if they will sign your consent form if they will assume complete liability for the experimental vaccine.
So yeah, I’m concerned, and am keeping an eye out. While I know mandatory vaccines are against my Charter Rights, that does not excuse me from being vigilant and aware of tricks they might pull to achieve their goal of 100% compliance.

However, I think it pertinent to the discussion, in that “forced vaccines” may be a tool for something other than protection of a population. I am cheered that we are not a nation of paranoids. On the other hand, it never hurts to question assumptions or accepted ideas, such as the benevolence of WHO or the designs of elites … in any case, here is the link:

the spread of AH1N1 or Swine Flu is really scary. It is a good thing that this virus is not very deadly. We are advised to take Vitamin-C and to wear face masks.
Lindsay: before hopping on the Mandatory Swine Flu bandwagon, might it be useful to outline what powers the Health Minister has, specifically, when it comes to making them mandatory? It is against our rights to have enforced vaccinations, but I am aware that might not stop some people who are hungry for guaranteed profits.
Okay I haven’t yet read Bill C 7 or C 42, just the general comments about it. Having trouble finding it on the Net. However I really don’t need too.
Canada is a private Corporation listed as a limited liability company on the Security Exchange Commission in Washington DC. It is registered in Dellaware Washington. As to the Constitution, Canadians hAve never voted on a Constitution and thus do not have one. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms only applies to governments of Canada as per section 32.
Canada is not defined as being on the earth as the same with all Countries. The earth is owned by the creator. All laws including the Constitutions are subordinate to God. All Oaths end with, so help me God. The Preble of the Charter states that Canada was founded upon the Supremacy of God and Rule of Law. Once you state God is Supreme, what else matters?
Pick up the King James Bible. Read Genesis 1:26-28. It says God gave man and woman dominion over all the earth and every living thing upon the earth. End of story. Dominion means to rule. Anyone not claiming to be a man or woman created by God within thier law system is a living thing. This means police officers, politicians, health workers. They can not prove that they have authority over livingen and women created by God. In fact all they can do is make reference to fictional entities and hope you will agree to allow them to have authority over you.
A person is a fictional entity. It has a name and a birth date, you don’t because names and dates are hearsay.
